Roxy Rocks-Engelman is the Director of Project Waterfall, a charity that funds safe drinking water, hygiene and education projects in coffee growing communities. Prior to this Roxy has been part of the coffee community since 2018, leading on sustainability and advocacy. Roxy represented Cafedirect at COP26 on ‘climate resilience for smallholder coffee farmers.’ She was also Chair of the British Coffee Association’s sustainability committee and led on climate policy and living income.
